Today I would like to introduce you to some exceptional pretty in the form of the brand new 2018 wedding dress collection from Sienna Von Hildemar. In fact this is the first collection by the designer who had previously only created bespoke gowns.
DESIGNED FOR THE MODERN BRIDE
When this new collection landed on my doorstep (quite literally as Sienna sent me a beautiful set of images and lovely handwritten note, oh, and a gorgeous hand embroidered lavender pillow) I was extremely excited! The 2018 collection, inspired by elegance in comfort with all dresses hand finished with simple but intricate details, using clean lines and simple flattering shapes (without being too structured) is completely up my street! Perfect for the modern bride looking for laid back luxury with style! And it gets even better, the linings of each dress are made with the same fabric quality as the outside so not only do they look beautiful but they feel beautiful too - another little piece of luxury.
ABOUT THE DESIGNER
Sienna has spent time working in both the London and Australian fashion industry (the Australian link does not surprise me... some of my favourite designers and wedding inspiration seem to hail from Oz). She was drawn into the world of bridal wear after experiences of wedding dress shopping with bride to be friends. Her 15 years in fashion with expertise in pattern cutting, sewing, tailoring and fitting certainly shine through. The collection is gorgeous. It is safe to say if I married again, I'd be knocking on Sienna's door.
THE COLLECTION
The new collection is available through appointment only at the West London studio and each gown is made individually and to the brides measurements and Sienna also offers a service where brides can customise details such as the beadwork or lace detailing. Prices for the new collection start from £1100 and Sienna offers a completely bespoke design service from £2000.
