I love stumbling across new and upcoming wedding suppliers and this week I'm delighted to be writing about the fab online wedding marketplace. Mission Tie the Knot.
Imagine an online shop of items solely focused on weddings with a lovely handpicked feel and that's exactly what you'll find from this new company. Launched this year by university friends, Francesca and Irene, I love the fact that the name was taken from when Irene planned her own wedding 3 years ago. A girl after my own heart, Irene produced a super plan/wedding-planning bible (22 pages long) that mapped out every element of her wedding. She called it "Plan-mission tie the knot". A few years later when the idea behind the business was formed, the name was obvious and Francesca designed her logo.
Based in London, the ladies began by proactively targeting sellers of products that they felt offered something unique to anyone looking to purchase anything wedding related. With categories of products covering clothing and accessories for brides, bridesmaids, grooms and ushers to style/decor, stationery and gifts from over 77 sellers to date, Irene and Francesca have it covered.
For anyone planning a wedding and looking for inspiration, you must take a look AND they've been nominated for the British Wedding Awards 2017! Their best seller is currently the very lovely personalised bridesmaids bags pictured but with so many lovely products I asked Irene and Francesca which were their personal favourites. For Francesca it is the "request a song" cards by Blush & Gold and Irene loves the "will you be my bridesmaid" cards. I love the "will you be my bridesmaid" puzzle gifts and compact mirrors by Han-made Designs who also have a fab collection of cake toppers. Mission tie the knot truly has a selection of fabulous wedding pieces all in one place....it is wedding planning heaven.
